Target App features ‘Chuck Taylor All Star’ Like Sneaker

Converse has a strong connection to Target through the Converse ‘One-Star’ brand. Similar to ‘All-Stars’, the ‘One-Stars’ are made exclusively for Target. So, it would be fitting for Target to use an icon of the iconic sneaker on their mobile app.

This is part of the Chuck Spotting category on Chuckverse, if you spot Chucks on the street or in any form of media, let us know!

Let Your Chuck Taylor All-Stars Be Your Hero

Comic books are fun. They’re filled with exciting, death-defying heroes who risk it all to save the innocent.

Chuck Taylor All-Stars are fun. They’re comfy, and they give us all a sense of whimsy and childhood freedom.

And now, those two fun things are combined in the DC Comics line of Converse shoes—and no, they’re not just for the kiddies.

Converse recently released a line of comic-inspired shoes that are dying to make their way to your feet. Batman and Superman make an appearance, as do other favorite comic book characters such as Batwoman and the Riddler. My favorite? The customizable version, which allows you to choose between fun Joker, Riddler, and Batman prints or all-over color—with a few comic book touches here and there.

Check out the collection for yourself over at Converse’s website, and then let us know—which DC Comics pair of Chuck Taylors is your favorite?

Jersey Gets Biggest Converse Mall Store Ever

It’s not really fair. Why is it that New Jersey is the lucky state to have Converse’s largest mall location?

As of this month, Westfield Garden State Plaza in Paramus, New Jersey, is home of Converse’s biggest mall store ever. So why did the Andover, Massachusetts-based Converse, Inc. choose this particular shopping mall for its location? According to the company’s press release regarding the event, the mall “evokes the sport and rock ‘n’ roll heritage of Converse.”

The 4,500-squre-foot store will not only feature a wide variety of Chuck Taylor All-Stars and other renowned shoe styles—it will also have a Converse Customization “Ink Bar” where fans can create one-of-a-kind shoes, accessories, and apparel.

Lucky Jersey folks.

Maybe there is finally a reason for me to go to Jersey after all!
